“We stayed one night at this hotel and had a room with one bed and a pull-out sofa. Unfortunately, there were no sheets, blankets, or pillows provided for the sofa bed. We called the front desk, and they were only able to provide a sheet—no blanket or pillows were available. We ended up having to use towels as makeshift pillows.
