Since the horses weren't running on the 'big' track, we opted to go to harness racing instead. So much fun! We were also able to watch the horses exercise in the morning at the Oklahoma Track on Union Ave.

There was no race when we were visiting, but loved seeing the horses train!

Taking Rt. 9 is very east to get to the track. There is no need to get on the expressway; however it might take a bit longer; turn right on the SECOND Crescent Ave, and drive an easy mile to MANY parking lots charging as little as 5 dollars with a four block walk. Prices are higher as you get closer to the main entrance.
