kahvaltılı rezervasyon yapıldı fakat otelde kahvaltı vermediler,rezervasyon da ödemeyi yaptığım halde mail düşmedi diyerek hasta annemle birlikte 2 çocuğumla oyalayıp çok zor durumda bıraktılar..çalışan Emrah diye biri elinden gelen tüm kötülüğü yaptı..sakın yanlışlık yapıp bu otelde kalmayın,biz çok uzun uğraşlar sonucu gece 1:30 da ancak girebildik yani yatırdığınız ücret boşa gidebilir..Dedeman ismi bizim için bitmiştir..

Otel çok temizdi. Yemekleri çok lezzetli , personeli çok ilgiliydi. Kayak alanına devamlı servis var hiçbir problem olmuyor. Çocuklar içinde oyun alanı var. Odalar mükemmeldi. Kayak alanının dibindeki otellere 2 katı vermeye hiç gerek yok.

Çok temiz ve yepyeniydi. Çok ilgili çalışanları vardı. Odamızı daha güzel olanla değiştirdiler boşluk olduğu için ki yeni oda mutfağı da olan bir apart gibiydi. Dağ manzarası ve havası gerçekten enfesti. Kahvaltısı 7/10 dur ama fiyata göre normaldi bence. Navigasyon belediyenin orayı gösteriyor ancak yeri yukarıda öğretmenevinin yanında.
