“As soon as I walked into my room, I could tell it had not been cleaned. Floors had dirt all over, and what looked like coffee spills on the floor that would have simply come off with an easy sweep and mop, which had clearly not have been done. The bathrooms were at best, tidy. Bathtub and toilet were dirty and hadn't been wiped or cleaned, as well as garbage was still in the garbage can.
