"Difficile de donner une cote aujourd'hui ... nous avons eu une nuit au AVRA en transition de fin de voyage. À notre arrivée l'hôtel n'avait pas d'électricité donc entendons nous qu'il n'est pas possible de faire grand chose dans cette situation là. C'était un peu chaotique mais hors de notre contrôle et de celui des employés. Nous avons tout de même été bien bien que je ne comprenne pas que dans un hotel il n'y ait pas de génératrice. L'électricité n'est jamais revenu d'ici notre départ donc la douche froide était bien froide. Je comprends que c'est hors du contrôle des gens de l'hotel mais ça faisait cher payer pour une chambre sans ses utilités. Le staf de l'hotel nous a suggéré de faire une plainte pour un rabais (un crédit) sur le prix de notre chambre. Ce que nous avons fait à notre arrivée et nous n'avons reçu aucune nouvelle de AVRA. Un peu déçue évidemment de ne même pas avoir reçu un retour de courriel. Sinon déjeuner correct le lendemain matin mais sans plus pour ma part. J'imagine que quand l'électricité est là tout va mieux. Mauvais timing pour nous on dirait. Mais une génératrice aurait aidé au moins à prendre une douche et rechargé nos cellulaires pour la suite de notre voyage."

"Good quality hotel with great location, and competitive price. WIthin walking distance of city center, with metro stops nearby towards any part of town. If you are not traveling by car, this is a good place to stay for location. Nearby restaurant options are good as well."

"This hotel was perfect, clean and amazing, it was perfectly located and everything was very clean. The rooftop was beautiful had a beautiful view the food was amazing as well. The staff was very helpful and attentive."

"Gorgeous hotel, helpful staff. There were some definite big cons that spoiled the experience but overall, it was a great stay. Not sure we'd book again for the price, but glad we did stay. PLUS Breakfast was very good - and staff ensured we had a breakfast bag to take with us on an early flight, which was very welcomed, thank you! Beds were very comfortable Pool was lovely, and plenty of food and drink options. BIG CONS Pool area had rules such as no diving and no smoking - these were not respected by other guests who were smoking / vaping; as well an obnoxious North American dude kept diving in the pool. There were no consequences to any of this so what's the point of the rules? On our last day, some sort of conference was also taking place so a large delegation of very loud, very drunk people pretty much took over the entire pool area. As well the area is not set up for a family, there were loads of kids splashing and playing - it definitely didn't fit with the aesthetic of the pool area; it's not the kids' fault but the vibe is not family friendly."
