"Poros is my favorite island in Greece. It is not crowded w/ tourists and the only ferries are smaller, fast cats that get you from Piraeus to Poros in about 1 hr and 10 minutes. New Aegli is about 1.3 miles from the port, so I just walk there. It provides a great escape form the busy crowds in Athens. The beach is right there, and the water is great for swimming. New Aegli has a good breakfast in the morning and great dinners at night. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I love this place"

"Beautiful hotel and wonderful staff. The hotel helped coordinate my transfer from the airport to the ferry port and then there was someone waiting for us at the ferry port to bring our bags to the hotel. This experience made the whole travel day stress free. Once we arrived, the hotel was stunning. We received water delivery and the sweetest staff dropped off a bottle of wine as we were on hydra to celebrate our one year wedding anniversary. The breakfast was delicious, fresh coffee with many buffet options and beach towels to borrow to take down to the water to go swimming in the ocean. What an amazing experience."

"A very convenient and comfortable place to stay in Aegina. The apartment was very well maintained and serviced. We enjoyed the sea view. Parking was available right outside the block all the time we were there. There is a supermarket five minutes walk away, but you have a lot of cafes and restaurants to choose from very nearby too.
