โIn summer vacation, I have stayed seven hotel and Al Forte is best place. Hotel is so traditional but clean and good. Especially, people are kind to my children and we are so happy for great room upgrade. Dinner is the best in all my abroad meal and I strongly recommend you half board. I hope there stay again if I go to Dolomite in future.โ
โStaying in Gran Ciasa second time. It is absolutely exceptional hotel, Iโd rate it 11/10 (a la Spinal Tap)
1) Absolutely stellar personnel from check in to waiters.
2) Hotel is stylish and looks so clean and detailed.
3) perfect after ski section: sauna/pool/massage
4) separately mention chef, our best regards to him
5) even the storage @ checkout is well though โ
โThe hotel is very smart and, although has a lot of rooms, never felt especially busy. Itโs a 25-35โ walk to town (uphill on the way back) but the two helpful shuttle buses mean the only challenge is getting home from dinner. The gym and spa area and gym are large and excellent. Most importantly, all the staff were fantastically friendly and fell over backwards to look after you.โ
โWe really enjoyed our 4 night stay. The setting is amazing with stunning views all round. The staff were very friendly. The room was a decent size and had 2 balconies to admire the views from.
Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice
We used the bike storage which was excellent and the spa - small but nice for relaxing and herbal teas providedโ
โThe woman at reception was incredibly helpful. The road to Selva was closed the following day and she found suitable public transit options and let me check in early. The hotel also prepared a box breakfast as I had to leave early the following day. Definitely far above and beyond what I expected. The hotel is beautiful and my room was spacious with a large shared patio. The pool and hot tub are in a stunning setting and I enjoyed a long nap in the solarium. โThere may not be a better view anywhere. Absolutely gorgeous. Great spa, great breakfast, huge bike and ski room, and the staff were so nice and accommodating โ
โStaffs at reception were kind and professional. Welcome and farewell were satisfactory. Spa facility was generally excellent except for the case that no warm water was provided at shower booth in indoor pool around dinner time. Rest of it, overall service and facility were exceptional. I would like to visit again.โ
โWe spontaneously booked an A Frame for the night because of an upcoming thunderstorm on our bike trip. Amazing value for money, all new bathroom facilities in that area. Magnificent nature. Need a bit of patience waiting for service at peak times but totally worth it. โ
