“Overall amazing hotel. We love staying here”

“Hotel quattro stelle solo per pernottamenti, la colazione non è inclusa, ma a richiesta è possibile farla nel' Hotel dello stesso gruppo che si trova poco più avanti. Apprezzabile la pulizia e la cortesia del personale. La struttura e molto recente, ogni stanza ha il proprio balcone, molto belle quelle con vista mare. La località è molto tranquilla.”

“Where as we enjoyed our time here we did have a bit of an issue with our room temperature. We asked for it to be lowered as it was 81 degrees. We found out, after a very uncomfortable night and requesting 2 more times, that the AC was not working. As an aside: we could not open a window as our room was on the 1st floor and only had doors to a common area. We were moved to a new room. Beautifully decorated, clean with so many incredible areas to relax and enjoy the view, The view of Tuscany is something I will never forget. “Trotz Reservation war kein Personal da. Die zufällig präsente Person startete mit telefonieren, um das Zimmer bereit zu stellen. Warmes Wasser gab es nie während der zwei Tagen. Das inkl. Frühstück war am ersten Morgen spärlich und am zweiten inexistent. Das Zimmer wäre sehr hübsch, aber die Organisation total überfordert.”

“Relais Sant’Elena is the perfect retreat after the go-go-go of city travel - a peaceful, sanctuary to slow down and enjoy the beautiful scenery. The food was unbelievable: farm-to-fork in the truest sense, simple cooking done perfectly at both breakfast and dinner. We wish we could have stayed longer and hope to be back! Highly recommend, especially for a convenient place to stay before flying out of the Pisa airport.”
