“Where as we enjoyed our time here we did have a bit of an issue with our room temperature. We asked for it to be lowered as it was 81 degrees.
We found out, after a very uncomfortable night and requesting 2 more times, that the AC was not working. As an aside: we could not open a window as our room was on the 1st floor and only had doors to a common area. We were moved to a new room.
Other than that- the staff was lovely the pools and Spa are great. Location is wonderful with close...
“Hotel quattro stelle solo per pernottamenti, la colazione non è inclusa, ma a richiesta è possibile farla nel' Hotel dello stesso gruppo che si trova poco più avanti. Apprezzabile la pulizia e la cortesia del personale. La struttura e molto recente, ogni stanza ha il proprio balcone, molto belle quelle con vista mare. La località è molto tranquilla.”
“Relais Sant’Elena is the perfect retreat after the go-go-go of city travel - a peaceful, sanctuary to slow down and enjoy the beautiful scenery. The food was unbelievable: farm-to-fork in the truest sense, simple cooking done perfectly at both breakfast and dinner. We wish we could have stayed longer and hope to be back! Highly recommend, especially for a convenient place to stay before flying out of the Pisa airport.”
“Wir waren mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Die Inhaber waren sehr freundlich und fürsorglich. Es ist eine familiäre und ruhige Atmosphäre. Das Frühstück war wirklich toll. Am Anreisetag wurde uns sogar extra etwas zum Essen vorbereitet, obwohl die Küche geschlossen war. Auch für Hunde ist es ein Traum. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort buchen, dann aber aufgrund der Temperaturen im Zelt eher im Herbst.”
