โThis is our second time staying at this hotel. The staff are so friendly, engaging and go above and beyond to make our stay a highly pleasant one. The food is exquisite, the mattresses are so comfortable and the grounds are absolutely beautiful. Highly recommend and will be back again (hopefully soon!)โ
โFantastic hotel they couldnโt do enough for you and everything was provided even sun cream by the pool. Downside is itโs at the top of a big hill and not very big rooms. โ
โA great hotel - we had dinner in the restaurant and it was scrummy-licious - so good it was very hard to leave anything. Breakfast was also excellent - plenty to chose from - the hot food was cooked fresh so again, scrummy-licious - the local Guernsey butter was a delight. There were a couple of grumbles - no safe in the room, but as crime is virtually non-existent on the island, this wasn't a problem. Our blinds didn't work properly. One BIG positive is that if you don't have your room cleaned...

โThe Hotel was simply amazing. This is a very genuine review. My friend and I stepped into the hotel and realised how lucky we were to find this place. Staff simply so helpful also the maintenance men who helped me when i needed help. โFrom arranged pick up from the airport to going home was faultless. The hotel was spotless in all areas. The staff were most helpful at all times, cheerful and willing to please. The staff were helpful and friendly. The indoor pool was lovely if a little warm in the area. The outdoor pool was very handy as two of the days were really warm. Overall, we were very pleased with this hotel and will definitely stay there again as we have family in the area.โ
