โTHE STAFF ARE ALL HELPFUL THE RECEPTIONIST (LADY WITH GLASSES DID NOT ASK HER NAME) WAS FAB,HELP US WITH DIRECTIONS FOR BUSES AND WE SAVED A LOT ON CASH ,KIND AND HELPFUL.ITS A NICE PLACE JUST A LITTLE OUT OF TOWN...MORNING STAFF ARE CHEERFUL N WELCOMING TOO!!โ
โThe property was well located. It was beautifully appointed. Our room was cosy and comfortable. Staff were amazing. Food was out of this world, the choice of dinner menu was extensive and cooked beautifully. Cant fault this brilliant hotel!โ

โStaff were very friendly. Probably the friendliest staff in all of the hotels I've stayed in on Guernsey. Breakfast was very good, with a good selection. Evening meal was good and the correct selection of options for the amount of people eating in. There are a huge selection of restaurant's and pubs serving food nearby. Check out at 10-30am is a little too early. 11am at the earliest would have suited better.โ
โBeautiful building and grounds, good location and plenty of on site parking. Received a professional friendly welcome with a speedy check in and kindly escorted to my room. It was very hot weather and the air con was very handy. Comfy room good amenities. Evening meals and breakfast excellent with a good selection, well presented and good service. Highly recommend Le Pommier and will book again. Thank you. โ
โThis hotel has a very interesting historical background with all the comforts one expects at a nice hotel. The staff is friendly and receptive to any requests. The room we stayed in was clean, well taken care of by housekeeping and had updated and modern bathroom and lighting/appliances. very nice and comfortable common areas, clean looking pool. excellent included breakfast, continental breakfast as well as hot breakfast made to order. Friendly kitchen staff as well. Also the food at the bar...

Avantage : la restauration sur place avec des plats agrรฉables et plusieurs choix. Cependant, il faut vรฉrifier l'addition car des erreurs sont faites : pour nous et d'autres clients qui patientaient devant nous....โ
โWoodland valley view room had a lovely view, the staff were very helpful and courteous, breakfast food was very good quality. Hotel's own vehicle picked us up from the airport and took us back. Couldn't really fault anything.
Only minor niggle was that their website stated a fridge was in every room when in fact they were only in the top tier rooms and unfortunately they had no others to provide us. So their website needs updating, but it was no big issue. โ
โAttractive hotel with good breakfast options and flexible eating and drinking options during the day. We particularly appreciated having free use of the 25m leisure pool, and being able to catch the bus into town or round the island so easily.โ
โLocation ok uphill from harbour but can find various routes and steps to make it easier. All staff friendly and helpful but was surprised reception could not help with access to internet to book a flight to Jersey when our ferry was cancelled. Lovely gardens. The breakfast was the best I have ever experienced. Buffet for cereals, yoghurt and fruit salad which was fresh fruit and a good choice of cooked meals served at the table. Would stay there again if visiting Guernsey.โ
