“Staff were lovely but timings were a little off when serving meals. The Fale was fine except the mosquito net had holes in it which meant that during the night I was bitten many times which was quite painful the following morning. The shower only provided cold water and the rock floor was a bit hard on the feet.”

“I made reservations at this hotel and immediately canceled. I was denied a refund and found out they resold my room. This is called robbery by policy.”
