the shower didn’t drain at all. showered in a tub full of water. elevator was hot and dirty. the breakfast area was not tidy or stocked 45 minutes before the breakfast was done. staff was friendly when we arrived and lobby was clean!

I love staying at the DeSoto. The staff is fantastic! The rooms are nice and clean. Excellent bar and restaurant. It's very close to great restaurants and some cool bars. Highly recommend!!
