“I stayed in the Luxury Apartment. Worth the money. The cafe is excellent and they prepare good food right on property. There is a Silpo grocery store close by and all kinds of dining options in walking distance. Use the Kontraktova metro stop it’s easier. Ukrainian Starbucks is Aroma Kava. Grab a latte every time you go to and from the Metro. I’ll be staying at KONTRAKT every time I come to Kyiv. It’s quiet and the nightlife is ten minutes walk away if you really want to bogey.”

“Not close to most main attractions or places to venture to, but quite close to a metro station. Also, the street out front is a main thoroughfare for the Podil District. This and the low rate makes the property appealing. ”

“New apartment have not been many before us but not ok cleaned after it was build .. Then they come and did normal cleaning and it was bad so we clean self . Then we rented this place because we wanted to make dinner not eat out all time . BUT how shall we make any dinner when it's no things in apartment for it ... One knife was all and that one was so bad that you could not cut a tomato with it ”

“It’s more of a boutique type hotel. A floor in an apartment building that was basically divided into individual rooms. Clean and exceptionally comfortable bed. Pretty basic set up. Noise from outside the room is easily heard inside. That’s our only complaint. Check in was easy and quick. Easy communication with the staff. Everything was good enough for our needs. Located within easy walking distance of sites, churches, shopping, jazz bar, etc. ”
