"The hotel is older but most of it has been renovated. We just stayed one night before we went to Tirano on the train. The room was clean and the hotel was close to the train station. We dealt with a young woman on the desk in the morning and she was polite and helpful. I also thought I had left something in the room and when I phoned they were very willing to go check for it. They promptly phoned back and let me know it wasn’t there. Thankfully I found I had packed it in a different place"

House cleaning promptly informed management and Jennifer reached out to us. She then mailed the items to our next hotel and gave us the tracking number. This eased our anxieties quickly and allowed us to enjoy the rest of our trip. 10/10 recommendation and will be staying there again in the future."
