Beautiful modern hotel

Modern hotel with a beautifully renovated old building and a new extension. The rooms are very spacious, clean and modern, including a minibar that is replenished daily. Breakfast leaves nothing to be desired.

The room was better than we expected. This was the first hotel that we ever stayed at in Switzerland and we thought it was very expensive. However, we later found out that everywhere in Switzerland is expensive. Nearby you can see Ibex (Capricorns) on the hills.

Communication prior to stay was quick and useful! Upon arrival, the staff go above and beyond to be helpful. Check-in was easy and someone was on hand to assist if needed. All staff members were super friendly and very knowledgeable about the area, hikes, trains, public transportation, etc During breakfast, the manager checked in with guests to see how their stay was going. Lobby, dining, and lounge area are bright, modern, clean and we loved the cozy area by the fireplace! Room was nice size and spa was relaxing! Having a few tv channels in English was appreciated! Great stay!

Falta de bom senso

The establishment has no common sense when negotiating for rescheduling. I tried to reschedule online, by email, even with plenty of time in advance. I booked new dates, paid, with the intention of personally refunding the other stay, but there was no reception or other way to do so. In short: I paid for two periods of stay, but only enjoyed one.

Das Hotel hat uns sehr gefallen. Wir waren mit dem öV angereist und gingen zu Fuss dem Wegweiser nach zum Hotel. Beim Check-in half uns ein anderer Feriengast, der soeben eingecheckt hatte. Später unterstütze uns ein Hotelangestellter, schliesslich kam auch die Rezeptionsdame dazu. Der Aufenthalt hat uns gefallen und das Personal war freundlich. Jedoch hatte die Rezeptionsdame für reifere Schweizergäste ein enormes Redetempo, was das Verständnis nach der langen Anreise etwas schwierig machte. Beim Redetempo von beispielsweise ARD oder ZDF Nachrichtenansagen haben wir keine Mühe. Bei der Rezeption wäre Info mit dem Vermerk: "In unserem Hotel sprechen wir uns mit Du an. Das direkte Ansprechen mit Du seitens des Personals ohne Voransage hat uns desorientiert. So blieben wir unsererseits beim Sie". MfG Alois Heuberger

Preis-/ Leistung stimmt überhaupt nicht

Für den stolzen Preis extrem kleines Zimmer mit überdimensioniertem TV, wobei trotzdem die Sicht für die Person im Bett an der Wand durch zwei grosse Wandlampen verstellt ist; diese Person muss über die andere steigen, um ins und aus dem Bett zu kommen oder vom Fussende raufklettern und für Händewaschen nach WC muss man das ganze Zimmer durchqueren

Das Hotel mit dem tollen Blick auf die Bergwelt

Sehr schneller und genialer Check-In. An Unterstützung hat es nicht gefehlt, da uns eine freundliche und aufgestellte Mitarbeiterin zur Seite gestanden hat. Das Zimmer war sehr grosszügig und hatte viel Stauraum aufzuweisen. Das Bett und die Bettdecke waren genial und die Ruhe ebenfalls. Es wren auch genügend Handtücher im Bad/WC vorhanden. Gutes Essen, wenn auch die Karte nicht sehr gross ist. Was mich besonders überrascht hat, ist der Hinweis am Morgen, dass das Frühstücksbuffet nicht allzu üppig ist, weil man bewusst auf Foodwaste verzichten wolle. Wenn man aber einen Wunsch habe, dass man den anbringen solle und so bin ich trotz allem zu meinem Rührei gekommen. Davor ziehe ich den Hut. Eine aufgestelltes Team mit zwei Geschäftsführerinnen, die einen guten Job machen. Ich kann diese Hotel nur weiterempfehlen und werde bestimmt wieder zurückkommen.

Fantastisches Hotel in Graubünden

Spontaner Kurztrip in die Berge. Super Lage, Bahnhof ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Viele Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Super freundliches Personal, klasse Sauna und tolles Frühstück.
