"The contact information for the property on Expedia is incorrect, meaning we were unable to contact the hotel to book parking. I contacted Expedia several times and eventually got a number for the hotel, but by then the parking was full. On arrival at resort the key collection details from Expedia were totally wrong and the location for collecting the keys didn’t exist. "I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The breakfast was fabulous, with plenty of delicious options. We also enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room ,everything was perfect! A true four-star experience. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back. "
