I have mixed reviews about this property. When I originally booked the room (months in advance) I had asked the hotel if they would be able to help me book the Tiger Safari tour. I was told they would. Fast forward to a week before my visit to India, and I’m told I need to book it myself! High season, everywhere was basically booked. I had to pull strings with a tour group I used in Delhi/Agra to help me out last minute. The site is well off the beaten track, which may not be a bad thing and the local city is quite mosey, dusty, and busy with traffic and honking. Rooms had basic amenities, my comforter had a couple stains on it. Overall for the price, it was ok. Service was great, the waitstaff were awesome, and the food wasn’t too bad.
Its a very cool place. Nice pool. Exquisite building and gardens. My only issue is that they didn't have an menu only buffet. You have a chef at lest least allow him/her to cook guests what they want.
Other than that go for it. Nice place.
Nice hotel, very very attentive staff, overbearing pressure to take a safari though. Other than safaris, not a lot more to do as it is well out of town.
