"Where do I even start? This is a newly built hotel advertised as “built with effective noise-reduction and kitchen ventilation technology to give each guest the peace of mind of a clean, quiet atmosphere to call their own, free from disruptions.” Which is completely false advertising. The walls were paper thin and I left sleep deprived. The smells were absolutely disgusting. The single elevator (which broke during my stay) smelled like raw onions. The halls were filled with the smell of each units cooking and left a stomach turning lingering scent. Each morning I was awakened by the smell of sulphur??? After a long day working I returned with heavy luggage only to find the elevator was out of service so I had to carry everything up the stairs which had yet another funky smell to it. I couldn’t take another night there so I requested to checkout a day early for a refund. They initially said yes and then the next morning the front desk gave me some pushback. They didn’t even apologize. I’m waiting on my refund for the last night. I would not recommend this location if you plan on getting rest. A few side notes: there does not seem to be clear ADA compliant access points. The toilet paper roll in my bathroom was clearly used. There was a transient person grilling on a portable charcoal grill behind the building, there is a sewage treatment plant nearby so you’ll never escape the rotting meat smell. staff over the phone was understanding but the front desk can use some training. "

"The rooms were clean and the beds were super comfortable. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. This was located in a great area that felt safe and was close to the locations we wanted to visit."

"The front desk was super friendly and welcoming upon arrival, even late at night. When we got into the room it was very clean and the air was on for us. I would definitely stay again!"

"I wanted to like this place, the rooms were so spacious and perfect for my family of 5. This place has suites with up to 3 beds and a soda bed that was amazing, we paid way to much for what this place was. tiles we literally undone in the bathroom, carpet was old, all the furniture was broken, or super worn out. Curtains were dirty, this place is very run down and needs a makeover. The carpet in the hallways was damaged rolling your luggage threw it was a pain. One elevator was broken, breakfast was decent and staff was super helpful and courteous very friendly as well. I must warn you that you can hear the road from here its so loud, one bathroom had the vent on forever and But 5 stars for the staff, but please make this hotel nice as it has so much potential. "

"The Wigwam is such a beautiful place and the staff all made me feel like a princess. Food is outstanding and support for our meeting was excellent. I’ve been there several times and noticed the property needs a little “fixing up” now, which hopefully can get done in the summer. I’ll go back again because it is a special place that honors the history of the Valley and the beauty of the desert."
