The staff is helpful and friendly. The property is not very clean. Our bathroom floor was particularly filthy! I did a load of laundry and the washing machine didn’t spin out the water. I had a load of dripping wet clothes that had to be dried! Not a good experience.

The room had a few issues. The toilet seat was loose. The shower curtain rod wasn’t level so the curtain kept sliding to the center. When you sat in the bed it made a sound of flexing metal. Loved the breakfast!

Front desk lady was really nice. Room needs a deep cleaning. Walls, ceilings, doors were all dirty. Happy to have a small fridge in the room but it was set too cold and our food was partially frozen the next morning. Thankfully the bedding seemed clean and fresh, comfy bed and pillows. Hot and good water pressure in the shower. Good location right off the freeway, but that also means traffic noise. Definitely ask for a room on the side not facing the freeway. Overall wouldn't stay here again, only stayed because plans changed and we needed a different hotel that same night
