“Check in process and address was misleading. Ended up at a address which was 1.5hrs away from igloo. Address they gave in a message was wrong. Breakfast on first day was not suitable (there excuse was it was off season). Second morning after complaining they adjusted and improved. Sauna was great. View from igloo was pretty. Really enjoyed our stay.”

“Impresionante hotel ubicado a orillas del golfo de Botnia, tranquilo, con personal muy amable y simpático dispuesto a hacer de tu estancia una gran experiencia. En el edificio de recepción se pueden encontrar la Gemstone Exhibition y la SnowExperience365, únicas actividades disponibles para cuando viajamos en sobre finales de septiembre, así como tienda de souvenirs. “Our stay was excellent. The house was immaculate upon arrival, check-in was simple, and the kitchen had salt, pepper, oil, and two bottles of wine. Instructions are provided to guide you through usage of the hot pool and radiant floor heating. We were in house 2, which had a fire pit as well. For those who want to grill, we noticed a propane grill in the utility room on our last day. This was an exceptional stay with a great view and very responsive host. If we can come back, we will.”

“Absolutely great. The pictures don’t do the property justice. Very spacious, spotless clean, totally fell in love with the floors. The sauna and tub were spectacular, got some amazing aurora views while relaxing in both. The neighborhood was great, with multiple stores like Bónus just a few minutes away. The owner was super friendly. Would definitely stay here again. ”

“Equipe gentil atenciosa, impecavel”
