"The hotel was quite a disappointment. We were there as a couple and had booked all-inclusive. However, at check-in we had to pay over €150 extra for a club membership, which we didn't know what it was for. Included in the all inclusive package was the food, which was more or less the same every day and only water and wine from a tap to drink. We drank from plastic glasses. Every other drink, such as cola, had to be paid for separately with a card at 3.50 per can. I have never experienced...

"Torre Fiore Hotel Masseria was absolutely incredible from start to finish. Everything about our stay felt special. The staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive, making us feel completely at home from the moment we arrived. The food was outstanding, beautifully prepared, fresh, and one of the highlights of our stay. The property itself is stunning. The grounds are peaceful, beautifully maintained, and full of charm. Every little detail added to the experience and made the hotel feel like such a special place to relax and enjoy Italy. Honestly, everything was perfect. The beautiful setting, wonderful food, exceptional staff, and overall atmosphere exceeded our expectations. We loved our stay and would return without hesitation. Highly recommend Torre Fiore Hotel Masseria to anyone looking for a beautiful and memorable stay in Italy. Five stars in every way."

"We found the property to be immaculately clean! Rooms and common areas impressed us all with the cleanliness and I personally am not easily impressed. We stayed all inclusive. Not only did we find the quality of food very good, but the selection was also great. Didn't know wine was included which was a bonus, being from Italian origin, that doesn't surprise me....we are used to having wine with our meals!! If I had to leave a critique, it would be that the T.V. was too small for our room. Three of us shared a very generous sized room. The mattresses were comfortable enough ... but maybe should soon be replaced. Overall, our group of 5 give it a 5/5 rating! I would definitely recommend and/or return!!"

"The hotel is beautiful and in a great location but has some odd issues that make me think the management is skimping on maintenance. We noticed that the phone was not connected. When we brought it up to the front desk we were told that they were aware of the problem and they gave us the external number to the hotel so that we could call on our cell. No attempt was made to fix the phone. There was a leak from the bathroom sink. After we told them of the problem they did nothing about it. That evening we called about it. It took a while to explain the problem because the person that answered barely spoke English. They did send someone to mop up the floor but no one ever came to repair it. When we used one of the light switches it blew the circuit breakers in the room and also caused rooms near us to lose power too. They got it to work but that night at 1:00 AM it happened again. 8 of their staff showed up to fix it but no one was able too. Power was restored to the other rooms but never to ours. We moved to another room for the rest of our stay. We thought all this to be comical but none of the problems had been repaired when we left 2 days later. These things shouldn’t happen at a 5 star hotel."

"The palazzo is a lovely old house in the center of town right off the main square. The secret sauce here is the large, beautiful garden in back and the extremely personalized service. The staff makes every effort to please and assist. The general approach is thoughtful and old school in a nice way. We had a large room facing the street that was comfortable with high ceilings and lots of space. Bernalda, at first, seems like a not particularly lovely little town but it does grow on you. The house is infused by the interests and personality of the owner Francis Ford Coppola -- probably the principal reason most people visit. Fortunately, the hotel mostly lives up to the expectations..."

"A Salvacce, il proprietario: grazie mille per la tua gentilezza nel venirci a prendere alla stazione ferroviaria e nel riaccompagnarci! Grazie anche per averci cambiato camera quando l'aria condizionata non funzionava. La camera 204 era meravigliosa: il letto era molto più comodo e l'aria condizionata funzionava perfettamente. Per favore, fai sapere a tuo figlio Mimo e ad Antonio quanto siamo grati per la loro gentilezza, ospitalità e disponibilità durante il nostro soggiorno. Ancora una volta, grazie davvero di tutto!!!"
