โI stayed two nights at the apartment. Overall the apartment was somewhat rundown, but its location was just wonderful. It is located within the walking distance from the King's Park and Botanic Garden, a must-visit place when you are in Perth, and the downtown. In case you are a budget conscious travelller and are planning to spend most of your time visiting places, this apartment is highly recommendable.โ

โThis is a great location with the ocean in sight and few minutes walk to the beach, everything spotless and well equipped. Be a 5 out of 5 when the newer beds being installed make it to our room for our next stay.

โI used the hotel for approximately a week and it was excellent, spacious and clean. Definitely worth every penny I spent. The staff were friendly and helpful. Location was also amazing with cat buses to ride to the city. Also very close to the train station. I would definitely use this hotel again when I visit Perth.โ

The room itself was comfortable, warm, clean, serviced daily by housekeeping with the added bonus of lovely complimentary Mr Smith Body and Hair products. The location on Matilda Bay is beautiful and it is extremely convenient to University of WA. โ
