“This was the first time staying in this hotel and all I can say is WOW. All the staff that I engaged with on reception or breakfast were wonderful. Every member were polite and helpful and so very thoughtful. They were all well presented. The cleanliness was 100% in all areas. The room was wonderful, cosey and we had a wonderful nights sleep. Breakfast was really nice hats off to the chef. Thank you to all the staff for making our time a memorable one. We will definitely coming booking here...

“There was a wedding on and were told we could not order a sandwich at 3pm from the bar menu until after 6.30! at 6.30 we were hungry and ordered Chunky Fries (frozen skinny chips) fish (frozen) and a veggie burger (either frozen or not cooked sufficiently) We had to pay on ordering and not able to add to the bill???? No one available to complain to and send it back. The last time we stayed, we ordered sandwiches from the bar after returning from a show. They never brought them we waited...

“The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Our luggage was safely stored when we checked out. The room was tidy and had a nice bathroom. Included in the room was a kettle and a nice selection of coffee and tea. The breakfast had a good variety of tasty food including a full cooked breakfast, omelettes, toasties and smoked salmon bagels.
