He uses a disabled scooter; we realised how poor the hotel is for disabled guests - the lift was broken from outside so we had to fiddle ourselves to fix it. "Great hotel and would definitely recommend staying. Parking is a nightmare buf luckily we managed to get a space in car park by palm court hotel. £13 for 24hours. We didn't have a breakfast so cannot comment. Only things id suggest is small fridge in the room."
