"We do love this hotel but this time we had a guest join us in the bar for a drink. He uses a disabled scooter; we realised how poor the hotel is for disabled guests - the lift was broken from outside so we had to fiddle ourselves to fix it. The disabled toilet is upstairs but the lifts said no scooters ..."

"Steps only down to breakfast area. Small rooms so when warm weather its too warm and no air con or cooling system, only fan on floor. Needs updating, very old furniture"

Riviera Town House
"Great hotel and would definitely recommend staying. Parking is a nightmare buf luckily we managed to get a space in car park by palm court hotel. £13 for 24hours. We didn't have a breakfast so cannot comment. Only things id suggest is small fridge in the room."
