The location is excellent, breakfast was wonderful and the safe were very helpful and friendly. We had trouble figuring out the digital key along with were to park and the staff were patient in explaining and showing me. Definitely would stay here again if I get the opportunity.

We chose the property for the castle look. When we arrived we found a very clean and spacious room. Breakfast was fantastic and highly recommend it. It is so close to many restaurant options. Lots of places to sit and just enjoy right outside the hotel. If there is one negative, it is inability to park on site. The Parking isn’t far though and quickly forgotten once settled into your room. We stayed here by chance and scrolling but very happy we did!

As the property as no reception desk it was difficult to actually gain entrance and the parking was not well explained. They need to do a better job explaining how to get in the hotel. The lift was broken. Staff was very kind and helpful but the breakfast reminded us a bit of airline food. The coffee was cold. The location is good in the center of the town.

Pls don’t pick this hotel if u expect u can have hotel normal service. They are digital hotel with no reception, no housekeeping from 1pm to other day morning. U they don’t expect u need a glass, or a fork and they won’t provide them in the room. To their suggestion, as a digital hotel, I think u should let your customer get those they need in a digital way, say self service counter for necessary. I didn’t get the digital key email before my check in. Lucky that I arrived a bit early before 2pm and surprisingly they still have staff there, ( as they claimed they will only have staff there before 2pm) . If not I don’t know how I can check in. ( I already called them to sent me but they still sent to wrong email address and the tel provided by Expedia is wrong. ) So please consider if u want a digital hotel which only digitized on their hotel key but not other service.

Sehr tolles Hotel, mitten in Schagen! Auch nach Callantsoog, wo wir sonst Urlaub machen, ist es nah (13 Minuten mit dem Auto). Hotel ist richtig schön, Frühstück absolut spitze!!!! Schade, dass es dort sonst keine Möglichkeit zum Essen im Hotel gibt, aber es ist ja genügend Auswahl drum herum. Einziger Punkt, der mir nicht so gefiel war, dass man dort selbst eincheckt. Es hat zwar alles super geklappt, aber ich mag den persönlichen Kontakt- ist aber Geschmacksache! Ansonsten sehr schön dort- Absolute Empfehlung!!!!

Voor het inchecken moet je buitenom naar het hotel lopen. Lijkt me niet aantrekkelijk bij vies weer. Er is slechts een beperkte parkeerplaats aanwezig. Er is geen mogelijkheid om even snel de bagage voor de deur af te zetten. Receptie was bij aankomst niet bemand, duurde een tijdje voordat iemand genegen was om uit de kiffiehoek op te staan. Al met al was ins verblijf matig.
