“Room was clean and tidy. The only inconvenience I stayed at this hotel was that I had to wait until 7:10am when I arrived in Berlin in the morning because there was no staff from 11pm to 7am, and it was difficult to keep to luggage. If you can speak German, it should be no problem because there is contact number that you can contact all day. But I cannot speak German at all and call someone in Germany so I had to wait about 30 minutes.”

“The apartment had everything you would need - simple kitchen, great shower, air conditioning (it was a heat wave), lift, big tv (we watched some World Cup in German). Laundry downstairs and there were drying racks, irons and ironing boards (we had been away quite a while by then so good to be able to wash and iron some clothes). It was close to transport (tram, train, buses), great coffee places and restaurants of all varieties. I’d definitely go to a Numa again if this is typical.”
