Gentile Giovanni,ringrazio per aver voluto regalarci alcuni minuti per valutare il suo soggiorno da noi. In realtà ci aveva già regalato del tempo con una entusiasmante e-mail durante il suo soggiorno, dove tutti noi ci siamo sentiti considerati e apprezzati per l'impegno e la passione che mettiamo ogni giorno nel nostro lavoro.Sappiamo bene che il fattore umano fa la differenza e molte volte viene sottovalutato a vantaggio dell'apparenza. Quindi un sincero grazie da tutti noi per aver voluto mettere l'accento su questo aspetto.Per quanto riguarda la pulizia, è da sempre il nostro punto fermo e ancor più negli ultimi tempi. Ci impegna in uno sforzo maggiore e un'attenzione particolare ma viene notato ed apprezzato e questo basta.Mi sento in dovere di soffermarmi sulla camera che le è stata assegnata, so che ne ha ampliamente parlato con Laura, la direttrice, e che vi siete chiariti su certe dinamiche. Il nostro hotel è a Schio, sicuramente non in una zona turistica e non in una città di grande traffico; nato negli anni '70 ha seguito le esigenze del territorio e di quegli anni in cui le aspettative erano di tutt'altro genere. Negli ultimi tempi ci stiamo rinnovando con importanti interventi che passo passo verranno fatti in tutte le camere. Per questo motivo abbiamo creato diverse tipologie di camere: Class per le camere in attesa di una ristrutturazione, Executive per le camere riammodernate e Suite. Per correttezza le foto sono inserite anche nei siti di prenotazione in modo che l'Ospite possa valutare; naturalmente anche le tariffe sono differenziate per tipologia.Lavorando da molti anni nel settore mi sento di dar voce a un mio pensiero: non si può più valutare una struttura dalle stelle, non hanno più il valore di un tempo. Certo alcuni 3 stelle potrebbero offendersi davanti ad un 4 stelle per certe caratteristiche come viceversa un 4 stelle potrebbe obbiettare per un 3 stelle con tariffe decisamente più alte e servizi non all'altezza.Dopo questo nostro scambio, al quanto piacevole direi, non mi resta che augurarle una buona serata.

In questo caso non posso fare altro che prendere atto del suo commento ed essere soddisfatta che il suo sfogo non sia rivolto alla nostra professionalità; aspetto a cui noi teniamo molto di più.
