"Great location close to 397 airport buss stop and just across the street from the bustling Leidseplein entertainment and nightlife hub in southwest central Amsterdam. Easy walk to the Museumplein hub. Staff always friendly and helpful. Good size room with cocktail table and desk. Rain and handheld shower with good pressure and hot. Cold AC which was huge during the heatwave. People complain about the old windows not providing good sound proofing. We slept well with black out curtains and our canal view was awesome. Excellent breakfast buffet along with eggs, omelettes, waffles and pancakes made to order. All around good value and would not hesitate to stay there again."

"First the pillows for the bed are horrible soft and small. Need better pillows. Next the hotel sports bar food was basic and very little favor especially at high pricing . Lastly if you don’t look at the map the hotel has nothing near it other than airport. Because of location even urber eats is limited. The main benefit is the hotel airport shuttle that leave every 30 minutes"
