The staff were incredibly kind, and that was what impressed me the most. When I asked how to use the air conditioner, they kindly drew simple pictures, making it very easy for me to understand. Since I don't speak English very well, I was worried about communicating, but their thoughtful help put all my worries to rest. I truly appreciated their patience and kindness. Not only the front desk staff, but every employee I met greeted me with a warm smile, which made my entire stay feel welcoming and enjoyable. The room was also excellent. It was clean, comfortable, and very quiet, making it a perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The location was another great advantage. There was a subway station within walking distance, making it very convenient to travel around Vienna and visit the city's attractions. If I have the chance to visit Vienna again, I would definitely choose this hotel without hesitation. Thank you for making my trip even more enjoyable!

Wir haben 3 Nächte im Hotel Miiro Spittelberg verbracht in den heissesten Tagen des Jahres. Das Zimmer war gut klimatisiert, was für uns top war! Es gab täglich frisches Wasser; ebenso Kaffeekapseln. Zimmer und Bad tip top sauber; es wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Die Lage in Spittelberg ist sehr zentral zu Restaurants und Cafes; die Anbindung an die Öffis auch bestens. Wir würden das Hotel wieder buchen!
