"This hotel has to be one of the best examples of price/performance that I have stayed in in Germany. The staff was awesome, the breakfast buffet was the best I have had in a while, the price point of the rooms was great. Also the location to the Wittenberg Platz UBahn, directly next to KaDeWe and the Kufürstendam, and 10-15 minutes to the Aquarium and Zoo makes the Mercure unbeatable in my eyes. Thank you to everyone there!"

Several moderately priced restaurants on the block. Room does not have anything to make a cup of coffee or tea."

The rooms face the courtyard, so there is hardly any street noise. It's close to everything (including two S-Bahn stations) and the highly competent staff is friendly and helpful (There's also a really great bakery/restaurant juist across the street, as well as an in-house breakfast buffet.) Parking is available but I did not need it. Great place to stay in Schoneberg."
