"The location is so convenient and well-organized for the flight. The manager and breakfast staff are great but the staff at the front desk and spa need to go through a major customer service training. I will stay here again."
"Pros: The location is ideal if you are traveling by train, the hotel was very trendy and the staff were great.
Cons: The elevators are tiny, the lighting needs to be brighter in the hotel rooms and the automatic door to the hotel room was really difficult to shut.
