It’s very nice and fantastic hotel. Also breakfast buffet is wonderful. I recommend you would better seat terrace for viewing of castle.

뷰가 너무 좋고 객실도 업그레이드 해주셨어요!
베게가 냄세가 나서 바꿨지만 그것뺴고는 욕조도 좋고 서비스도 좋고 뷰도 돟고 다 좋았던 곳이었습니다.^^ 다시한번 가라고 해도 잘 것 같아요~

Leider haben wir extra 14€ pro Nacht für den Parkplatz bezahlen müssen, obwohl in der Beschreibung stand, dass dieser inkl. sei. Zudem ist der Spa-Bereich sehr klein. Ansonsten war alles super & vor allem war das Frühstück TOP.

This stay was the best I've ever experienced, the staff was friendly from the moment we walked in. The whole environment was immaculate and the views were amazing. Highly recommend to anyone planning to visit Neuschwanstein Castle and/or the surrounding Schwangua area.

Villa Ludwig was an amazing place to stay. Clean, spacious, warm and inviting with a VERY helpful staff. A five minute walk away from the other hotels and touristy areas made for a quiet stay with great views of Neuschwanstein but still so close to everything. We will absolutely come back here.

Perfect location. Hospitable staff. Excellent room
I wanted to see a real castle, the most beautiful in the world, and my husband took me to this place! We arrived late, almost 10 pm. And, the minute we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted with and mesmerized at the view of the brightly lit-up white Neuschwanstein castle that is nestled up in the mountain! What a welcoming sight! We were greeted at the front desk by Sebine; she was very kind and spoke excellent English! She was informative and helpful with my many questions. She was thoughtful to give us some tips about our stay. She even booked us our last minute castle entrance tickets and took the time to explain everything (we were blessed to even have a last minute ticket- as they were almost fully booked- tickets to the castles are usually booked a month ahead!) - Sebine also mentioned that the castle lights will be turned off at 10 pm- nice touch of information because that was our only night to see the castle lit up. She also showed us 2 rooms, one that I booked and the only room left with a castle view from the room’s porch. We ended up getting the room with a view of the castle from our bed and outside patio (paid 30.00 euro addtl)- which is so worth it! My husband and I often travel the world and this is one of the few room/hotel that we have been to that is one of the best! The room was excellent, lots of nice welcoming touches all over the room! Very clean, roomy & romantic. Staff next day and breakfast were great! 100% recommend!!!!

Our two night stay at Villa Ludwig Suite Hotel was excellent! The property exceeded our expectations. The room was clean and comfortable with plenty of sunshine and a balcony. The hotel's amenities were many, including an amazing breakfast, on-site parking, free use of bicycles, and within walking distance of all the area's attractions. The hotel staff are happy to reserve castle tickets, dinner reservations, and offer directions to attractions and transportation. We would highly recommend this property and will stay again when visiting the area.

Our recent stay at Villa Ludwig was very enjoyable. The hotel is very clean and our room was spacious. It’s within easy walking distance of the castles, so there was no need to hassle with parking the car. The staff was super friendly and helpful, including with obtaining tickets for entry into the castles. Highly recommend.

The hotel is wonderful and perfect location. My only issue was no air conditioning in our room and was a bit warm. We reserved two rooms for our family and one was air conditioned. Would stay again nonetheless.

Had a Junior Suite "Parsifal" and view was fantastic. Desk made dinner reservations for us. Very beautiful property. Restaurants and shops within walking distance. Has onsite parking.

值得推薦給到訪新天鵝堡的朋友，我們入住兩天蜜月套房，房間面積寬敞，十分乾淨整潔，露檯可看到新天鵝堡景色，房間內可浸浴。酒店前檯員工服務熱情有禮，細心替我們預留和預訂參觀門票，第二天早上便送到，不用擔心門票問題，而且步行10分鐘左右便可到達遊客中心，慢慢步行上新天鵝堡也只是花30分鐘，旅客可自行選擇自己喜歡的方法往參觀。早餐豐富，食物種類多，亦有各式我們喜愛的花茶選擇，能吃過溫飽再外出遊覽。這次我們是自駕前往，酒店的室內車房可以多次出入，方便往周邊的小鎮遊覽。酒店在各方面能夠符合我們的期望，價格亦合理，性價比很不錯

A great retreat
It’s a beautiful property with a garden, outdoor sitting area and sauna. Our room has a small balcony and spectacular view of hohenschwangau castle. The breakfast has a good selection of cheese, cold cuts, smoked salmon, yogurt, sausage, eggs, bacon and bread basket. The staffs were friendly and helpful. The paid parking is easy and secure.

We were in awe of the castle upon first sight. And it felt like Disneyland, but much more real, when we saw the castle from the hotel. The staff was incredibly kind, accommodating, and wonderful! The room was amazing! We hope we can come back some day!

LOVED Villa Ludwig Hotel! Will make the trip back to Germany just to stay here with that gorgeous view of The Castle! Rooms were comfortable and lovely, with a nice large bathroom that afforded a counter large enough for al the toiletries we girls carry with us! Owner and staff were so pleasant/friendly and helpful. Can't wait to stay here again! Top three hotels of our 25 years of travelling through Europe!

Excellent boutique hotel with underground parking. Located on the steps of the village stating point, the facilities are modern, room was surprisingly large and super sized bathroom/shower and dual sink. Breakfast was amazing and they opened 30 minutes earlier for us to accommodate our schedule. Highly recommended property.

Lovely staff
Great hotel with lovely staff. Spatious suites (the ones we had at least). Nice breakfast. And of course with a fantastic view of the castle.

Poor Customer Service
Overall this was a great property. Only complaint left a real sour taste in my mouth. Our Castle entrance reservation was 9am but breakfast doesn't open until 8am. The night before, Sabina, at the front desk, told us to come to breakfast 15 minutes early, at 7:45am so we could grab a bite to eat and still be on time for our tickets to the castle. She said she would let the morning staff know. The woman the next morning could not have been more rude to us as she said "breakfast doesn't open until 8am and to come back at 8am". We explained that we were following the directions of Sabina and that we had a 9am ticket to the castle. She didn't care and again, was very rude. We did not ask for special treatment - it was offered by the hotel and then we were treated horribly for doing what we were told to do. The worst part - breads and cereals were already sitting out ready to go. She could have told us to help ourselves but that coffee would need to wait a couple of minutes while she finished setting up. Or something similar. There were so many possible ways to handle this and accommodate us without treating us so poorly. As I said, left a bad taste in my mouth for what was mostly a great property.
