Everything was perfect, all staff were kind and helpful and attempted to answer every question (with a minor of exception of one elderly restaurant breakfast staff worker who didn’t want to know or answer anything about anything and is probably content to clear dishes the rest of his life. Everyone else, bellmen, reception, spa staff, all were excellent and helpful to the extent they could help."
