first sight nice Hotel, second not anymore

We stayed for two days in this lovely place Sand in Taufers. Its pretty small place, just some bars and restaurants are available but you're so close to the mountains so it was perfect for our hiking trip. The hotel itself looks on the webpage pretty cool and totally new. We booked a superior suite (€ 460 for two nights) and honestly we were more than disappointed regarding the room. Well everything was more or less as discribed on the page an the booking confirmation. But the room was pretty old, bathroom and specially the shower really not nice, carpet floor with stains and canopy bed covered with dust everywhere. But breakfast and service was really nice. So all together room for the price not anyhow worthy, all other amenities are ok.

Abbiamo scelto questo hotel per 4 giorni di relax in questa bellissima valle,l'aspettativa è stata ripagata in pieno!Camere molto curate e spaziose,fantastiche le aree comuni dell'hotel sopratutto la jacuzzi in terrazza con splendida vista sul castello di Tures e i locali della hall.Consiglio vivamente di mangiare al ristorante dell'albergo o approfittando della mezza pensione (molto conveniente e con menù davvero interessante) o ordinando alla carta,la qualità degli ingredienti usati e l'abilita della cucina unite a un'ottimo impiattamento riusciranno a soddisfare i palati!Cantina ben fornita anche se un pò cara. Personale attento e disponibile,a partire dai proprietari. Marco

Ottimo hotel per rilassarsi

Io e mia moglie abbiamo soggiornato per tre notti. Dobbiamo fare i complimenti a Stefan per tutto, dall'accoglienza in hotel, fino ai saluti finali. Ci siamo trovati veramente bene. Camere e bagno molto spaziose, pulite e silenziose. Non avevamo previsto di fermarci a cena, in quanto pensavamo di girare per ristoranti, ma, dopo la prima sera, constatando lo qualità delle portate, abbiamo deciso di cenare in hotel e non ne siamo assolutamente pentiti. Complimenti anche per l'apertivo con pizza e salumi organizzato da Stefan il sabato sera, veramente ottimo! Purtroppo non abbiamo potuto partecipare alle escursioni organizzate dall'hotel, di cui abbiamo visto alcune foto, ma avevamo deciso che doveva essere un vacanza breve ma rilassante, così abbiamo trascorso quattro giorni alle terme ( sia Cascade che Cron 4). Sarà per la prossima volta, perché abbiamo intenzione di tornarci.

Hotel im Zentrum des Ortes

Insgesamt war man von der Atmosphäre im Hotel sehr enttäuscht, auch die Unterbringung im Hotel hatte einige Probleme mit sich gebracht. Klimaanlage nicht vorhanden. Garage sehr klein,kein Parkplatz vorhanden.
