Exceptional hospitality extended by host family. Room very spacious, spotless and comfortable. Sauna was a treat at end of gruelling day on the slopes. Breakfast had great variety to suit most palates.

A great stay. The inn keeper family are lovely. The location is perfect w easy parking and good views and balcony. Breakfast lovely. The building super well made and quiet. Will be back!

The Gaestehaus Birkenhof is a very well run establishment. The rooms are very clean, comfortable, spacious and up to date. The Moigg family was very kind and attentive. Everything about our stay was excellent.

Kurzurlaub Zillertal

Schon bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir von der Chefin überaus herzlich empfangen. Auch das übrige Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es war alles sehr sauber und gepflegt, was man auch von dem wunderschönen großen Naturteich sagen kann. Beim Frühstück hat es auch an Nichts gefehlt, es gab für jeden Geschmack etwas. Alles in allem hatten wir einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt und werden sicherlich wieder kommen.

This is a lovely clean and friendly hotel. It’s a great location a few minutes from the train station although very quiet and very near good places to eat. Breakfast is lovely although a little basic. We plan to go back again soon.

Friendly quite place close to everything

The Gästehaus Birkenhof was a fantastic choice for a place to stay in Mayrhofen and definitely one we would choose again. Incredibly near to the train station and downtown, but just on the edge of the area in a quiet field so that you have the peace and quiet visitors want in the Alps. The staff and family running the place were incredibly friendly and helpful, breakfast was very good, and everything about our room and the accommodations was wonderful (including the ping pong table!) The benefit of free pool and tennis court access was useful as well. We would definitely recommend the Gästehaus Birkenhof and look forward to staying here again!

Great place to stay

the best guest house ever. We had two children with us, and they had a great time. The owners are friendly and always ready to help. the rooms was nice and clean and all with good views.

Very nice place

Very nice pension, clean, well kept and with friendly staff. Good, though not excellent location very close to the railway station, between road and railway, but with decent plot of land including playground. Comfotable walking distance to main street and lifts. Definitely a bargain if you’re headed for Mayrhofen and Zillertal!
