"The hotel location is just fine - there is a REWE next to the house, several bakeries and restaurants, the Garching U-Bahn is just in a minute distance... There is no elevator so one needs to carry the luggage upstairs (one floor)."

"Very nice quiet and convenient location near Airport. Shuttle drop off to airport which is nice. Only parking instruction to be clear to come back in Building with Elevator no1. We took Elevator entry 2 first time from parking and it took us to next building."

"If you're going to the Allianz Arena, this is a great location. If you want to spend a lot of time in the city itself, you may want a closer placement. The local is okay for general purposes. The area is super-safe, but also sterile due to its being remote. There is a large grocery nearby, and that helps you obtain goodies for any adventures, but other than that, think "strip-mall" culture. For the Allianz, we caught the train quite easily to both the arena and downtown. Walking home from the Allianz is close enough (it's 2.4 miles), but you do need to stay WEST of the tracks. If you're east, there is a path, but it does take a little bit of courage as you have to go under a shortish bridge to get back to the other path. Other than that, the place is quite modern with furniture that is uncomfortable, but not the beds. They are okay with seemingly common heavy comforters that all modern European hotels share. The showers have clear glass, and the showerhead has a waterfall placement that inspired my wife and me. Overall, this was our best hotel experience on a recent trip and I recommend it to others. "

"Nothing better than a Hotel with good AC on a hot day. We arrived and it is great to have a nicely appointed, large room that is cool. Shower is great, beds are great. Walk to terminal is 3 min and plenty of food options the night before. Nice "beer garden" in the open area of the airport. Great way to end a trip. Doing it again in December. "
