“This is a beautiful oasis in the countryside, near Selinunte and beaches. It was such a great place to escape the heat, the stress of driving around Sicily using google maps, and traveling in general. Masseria del Carboj has modern amenities, nice aesthetics, a beautiful pool in the middle of vineyard, and feels like you're in Napa valley. The restaurant (Racina) at the hotel is absolutely amazing, like Michelin star level food, so definitely eat here when you stay. ”

“Tres bel établissement au milieu des oliviers et vignes. Nous avons ete surclassé en suite, nous avions un appartement entier avec jardin, c'était parfait ! Excellent petit déjeuner. La vue mer est tres limitée mais l'endroit est tres agreable. Le restaurant est tres bien et on y mange des oroduits de qualité. La piscine est propre et il y a un mini bar très pratiques !”

“The hotel owners are very nice and proud of their B&B. The included breakfast is very good. One of the brothers gave us a tour of his herb garden explaining each plant, where it came from and how its used with cooking. I gave them 5/5 stars because I don’t think they deserve a 4/5 but they are not perfect either. They could have provided more help navigating the local busses and restaurants. When we arrived they gave us a map of Sciacca and about 5 local restaurants but we still had a hard time...

Unsere charmanten, entspannten, hilfsbereiten Gastgeber und nicht zuletzt das feine vegetarische Abendessen. Alles in allem ein gelungener und schöner Aufenthalt. “Struttura ben curata e pulita. Il personale gentilissimo. Un grazie speciale all'addetto delle colazioni, che sapendo che saremmo partiti prestissimo, ci ha preparato una colazione take-away. Comoda anche la piscina con il suo chioschetto dove poter fare aperitivo o pranzare. Siamo stati molto bene. ”

“The sunsets at Mangia’s Torre del Barrone were very beautiful. Our room was clean and spacious enough for our family of four, with a lovely sunset view. We appreciated the clean and uncrowded beach nearby. Breakfast had a good variety, and the desserts were a highlight. We always enjoyed our dinners at Pizzeria Al Grano.”
