"The perfect location for all of your Isle of Skye exploration. Nice staff and good clean rooms. My husband and I found the room nice with a beautiful first floor view of the grounds but a little cramped and maybe needing a little refresh. We were told it was an upgrade due to the view, however the room was next to the housekeeping closet which meant it was quite loud early in the morning. The breakfast each morning was lovely. Everyone we met on staff was really helpful and kind."

"I booked a double bed room in June 2025, changed to double twin bed room in September 2025 with confirmation, and received a small double bed room. Ownership changed in February 2026, new owner told me not to received change of booking, stayed 9 days, received for 3 days extra room."
