“This is an excellent, well-maintained, family-owned/run motel. Very clean. We will not hesitate to stay here again. It is close to the freeway but farther away than the cluster of chain motels. The neighborhood is walk-able, and a grocery store is a matter of steps away. A+.”

“Sooo...
The Two rooms they attempted to have us stay in were FILTHY. NASTY stains on the covers, handwritten stuff on a wall, old, lousy paint.
The pool was out of order and filled w7th algae. A real sweeter birthing place.
When we decided Not to stay, the guy at the desk was OK. He checked each room to be sure we didn't damage (or steal?) anything. When we canceled, he charged us $15 "Maid fee" which is laughable. I didn't argue. I'll take that up with our credit card company or Expedia.”

“Service excellence, staff were all friendly and helpful, adequate stay for the price. Much older hotel, and low price so you get whatcha get along with that.
But we were happy to save and make do.”
