"We booked approximately 12 different locations on our trip to Amsterdam and Croatia. They were all very nice except for this one. Everything in it is VERY OLD, the bedding and linens were from the last century. They were all paper thin and smelled. Both of us had bites all over in the morning. Bed bugs??? The wall at the end of the tub leaked resulting in a flood which we had to clean up in the morning. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!"

"We booked a family room for 4. It happened to be at the very attic of the building with low ceilings (we needed to really watch out heads not to get hurt getting out of beds). There were a few chairs piled in one part of the room and a “Please do not enter” sign on one of the doors. We had a feeling that this area was used as a storage and once they got a reservation they tried to convert it into some kind of a guest room. Not the best experience for sure… "

"When we arrived, it was already 10. p.m. The lady at the reception knew that we were a family of three. She pretended to ignore that after several mails and bookings. So there wasn't a bed ready for our daughter. We had to wait one hour for a bed for her because she said, she didn't know we were a family of three. We had a whole discussion but no one apologized. We had to pay more for the extra bed. The next day (we stayed for two days) we hung up a doorhanger with the message 'please clean the...

"Exceptionally polite and helpful staff in all areas. Very comfortable and well equipped hotel. Just, because of missing space at the hotel ground, an own pool and some wellness offers are missing. "
