"The front desk staff was wonderful. The breakfast was very good! Unfortunately, we never had our room cleaned, which we could have asked for. There were towels in the hallway as well as toilet paper if you need it. There were no signs saying when or why they would not clean rooms."

"This hotel is all about their spa services. We booked a room that offered us access to the thermal path. The large outside pool overlooks the mountains which is breathtaking. The many heated baths and saunas are very enjoyable. The main reason to stay here would be for those services. If you want something to eat other than what is offered at the hotel restaurant, you'll need to drive into Bormio. Parking is okay in that area. Most everything you might want to do will require you to drive to it."

The hotel’s restaurant is wonderful and was often full, which makes sense since it’s also open to the public. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was also very good, and we had a truly amazing night’s sleep. The experience is absolutely worth it. "
