First of all the manager is none accommodating and he also allows his works to do whatever they want itโs nothing but kids working there so of course itโs like Iโm high school I was bullied by the security tee who works for blue falcon security subcontractor harassment day in day out because she didnโt like me for whatever reason my light irritated her demon.! Alberto was never at the location and when he was there I wasnโt able to speak to him in regards to the situation that occurred, I had a meltdown in front of complete strangers I wanted a refund for my last couple days there they refused to give me any money said I could early check out but wasnโt offering me any of my money back. The beds are worn down badly you canโt stay a whole month you have to check out after 28days but sadly they have people staying there thatโs GRANDFATHER IN so they get to stay as long as they want and never have to check out crazy right.! Blue falcon employees the security company on top of being bullies they hire anyone to work a shift most of those guards donโt protect the place at all and have no business going in out of people room to chill get high or drink on the clock basically this place is ghetto ran by kids most things didnโt work in my room I let them know about never fixed oh and donโt leave after 11pm and try to get into your room your key wonโt work and security is never to be found to assist you with getting into your room this is my honest review Stay here at your own risk .!
