3박을 머무르는 동안 모기를 5마리 잡았습니다. 파리, 노린재, 개미 같은 온갖 벌레를 보았습니다. 처음 들어 갔을때부터 파리와 모기가 보였고, 전구도 켜지지 않아 교환 요청했지만 바로 해주지 않았습니다. 많이 곳이 노후 되어서 있어 불편했습니다.

가족끼리 숙박을 하기에 좋습니다. 주차료를 청구한다고 하기에 이야기 했더니 주차비 청구를 하지 않더군요. 호텔비를 현금 지급할때 절차가 복잡합니다.

밤 늦게 도착해서 그냥 잠만 자려고 선택한 숙소인데 냉장고 소리가 너무커서 잠을 잘 못잤음. 공항에서 가까운줄알았는데 생각보다 멀었음. 다시 이용한다면 공항에 가까이있는 숙소를 선택하겠음.

3명이 스위트에서 묵었는데 좋은 가격에 잘 묵었어요. 두명 침대에 쇼파 늘려서 침대하나 더나오는데 그것도 사이즈가 커서 애들 두명이 있어도 충분한 크기입이다. 데스크 직원이 친절했고, 아침식사도 먹을만 했고 셔틀도 제시각에와서 공항도착 잘했습니다.

I booked this property because it is a Marriott property, it looks clean and decent. This property gave me a bad taste of Marriott. The rooms are not clean, they won't clean your room unless you request to. They do not refill the toiletries. When they clean the room, it is still not clean and they do not empty the trash. I reported that the door is hard to open, which was not resolved. We need to go to the front desk literally every day for the key won't work the next day. This is the filthiest Marriott Hotel that we've ever stayed at

They let me bool and pay for 2 rooms with my prepaid card but wouldtn except it at chexk in then the people that work there were super rude called me namesand made some inapropriate assumptions and accuzations..out of 8 140 deposits they gave 1 back and even if i trashed the roomno way they need all that to cleanbit 2 rooms 4 weeks is 140 8 times..so im pissed

Looked NOTHING like the pictures. Definitely disappointed. I’m terrible area and poor parking lot lighting. Dark and sketch people walking through the parking lot all night. DO NOT BOOK.

Never clean the room . Unacceptable Marriott hotel
I stayed at this hotel for over a week and they never cleaned the room. The staff was rude. I would never stay here again I do not recommend staying here and what hotel charges for parking. I was really disappointed. The only good thing about the hotels they had a good breakfast.

車が必須なエリアだが、近くにコンビニ、スタバ、飲食店が多少ある。部屋や建物は古さ、ダメージを感じるが清潔度は十分。シャワーも湯量温度ともに問題なし。各部屋の出入り口が１箇所に集まっている為、出入りの音はうるさい。キッチンに一通り道具が揃っており、ある程度長期滞在でも支障なさそう。朝食は昔の口コミに「ごはん、味噌汁あり」とあったが、今はない。パン、ワッフルなどが中心だった。アメリカも宿泊費が高騰しているので、値段相応と納得。

The over all room was clean, but the bathroom smelled like someone dumped bleach and used too much disinfectant to clean the bathroom. It was hard to stay in the bathroom and I had to shut the door to limit the smell to be able to sleep.

I was not aware that this place charges for parking. I will understand if it’s in downtown Seattle. But this is in an industrial park. No one mentions about parking fee at check-in either. Free desk barely talked to me..not even a hello. The room smells mold.

First room had food still in refrigerator, no towels in bathroom. Room smelled like cigarettes. Moved to second room bathroom sink didn’t drain reported and never fixed. Shower Dripped water. Had to request shampoo and decent towels.

The water pressure was great but the property needs updating, it showed a lot of wear, sockets loose, molding peeling back, etc. Also it was fairly noisy with a major road so close. I had to wear earplugs to get a decent night sleep

Towneplace Suites By Marriott Seattle Southcenter in Kent, Washington charged my cc two more times after I arrived for my stay for NOTHING. We used the room to sleep in and nothing more. It was tidy and clean upon our departure. If you stay here - be warned - your cc will be charged extra beyond the agreed upon charges.

There is a beautiful outdoor swimming pool on the website, but the pool is actually covered, which is so disappointing. Waiting too long for check-in. Definitely not worth the money.

It was nothing like what was shown on the website. The main reason I booked with this hotel was for the pool however it looked nothing like the website. The pool was small and gated, it was green from not being cleaned and I it was closed for the entire week I was there. Overall, my stay here wasn’t at all what I imagined it would be. 3/10 experience.

Okay Place to stay but some things to know
The place ended up being nice enough but it started by the pool being a green swamp that was closed (not like the picture). Also no sheets for the pull out bed and was told well that's houskeeping for you as they gave me the required sheets a the front desk (two other guests were also getting some at the same time). Also no one answered the phone at the front desk when I called about the missing sheets. No one cleaned the ashes from someone smoking out front of our room until we brought it up, although the front desk did clean up the water leaking from outside our room quickly. Oh and the air conditioning unit that says controlled by the wall thermostat wasn't controlled by the wall thermostat and apparently that happens so it had to be controlled from the airconditioner (not a problem). Lastly, I may have missed it but being charged over $7.00 per day for parking in the middle of nowhere was a little unexpected at the end of our stay. Would we stay there again ... maybe ... it ended up being good enough but they really could make it better and since we had wanted the pool that was a huge disappointment. BUT there is a nice outdoor pool just a little ways from the hotel called Henry Moses Aquatic Center that was really great!
