"My room was not clean, the TV did not work. The furnishings were substandard and in disrepair. My key card had to be rekeyed 4x in 2 days. Other guests were arguing/loud, slamming doors, inebriated. The front desk did not provide a resolution to cleanliness, TV not working or inappropriate guests ..."

"We came in for 1 night for a vacation trip leaving next morning. The location was great near the airport and shuttle service to the cruise ship ports. The property is older and needs an little TLC. For the proce i would hope a little nicer property."

"Very nice hotel, just a short 5 min walk from a Light Rail stop. About a 10-12 min walk to Pike's Place Market. Staff was very helpful and friendly. They answered my questions and helped with my itinerary before I even arrived. Would definitely stay there again."
