Loved how Central located the property is. Outdated but it has everything you can possibly need. Hot tubs pools, kitchenette, game room. Perfect for families with kids but also older couples.

Everything was great until I had to go to sleep on the most uncomfortable mattress of my life. Ended up sleeping on the sofa for my trip. It’s a lovely resort with dated Tuscan decor but super clean. I’m surprised management didn’t think of this. Especially as I was in a handicap accessible room. The mattress was so old and lacked support that it was hard to not roll off unto the floor. If only I would have been able to sleep on a bed this resort would have been great. Great location close to good food and Whole Foods market. If you stay here, check the mattress as soon as you get your room.

This is probably my favorite resort style property I have stayed at. It was cold and raining so didn't use so can't comment on the common grounds and amenities but the two story unit with built in washer and dryer was just what we needed. Unit was clean, comfortable, and excellent. Kids loved the two story layout and it allowed us to spread out a little bit. Washer/Dryer come in very handy when you travel with carry-on bags only and you have sand or mud from the trail hikes. Would absolutely come here again. For coffee addicts, Starbucks is walkable just outside the back exit of the resort. Multiple supermarkets in the area allow you to stock your fridge with snacks on the first day. Resort located in what I found to be the better part of town...most of the stuff we needed, inclusive of the restaurants was by us and the only traffic we caught was if we needed to go to the downtown area. Whereas having stayed in downtown as i had orginally contemplated would have put us in the middle of traffic all day every day with no nearby grocery, restaurants, gas stations, etc.

Property was very quiet. Parking was awful and 2 of the 3 nights I was there I had to park at the business across the street because I was only allowed to park in a small number of spots, per the map the check in person highlighted. When I checked in the two women running the front were absolutely rude and I almost walked out because of it. When I checked out the guy up there was amazing. Also, someone walked into our room while I was getting dressed. Did not knock, just used a key abs walked in. It wasn’t even the day I was checking out; it was the day prior. Still not sure if he was another tenant who was given the wrong room or an employee of some sort. Oh and the tv is in a weird place. Hard to see from the couch and from the bed.

I also apologize for the guest walking in on you, I am not sure at all how that happened, but I am looking into this as well.We do hope that you will give us another try, we are much better than this. Average property - older, but very clean. Appliances don't work as well - microwave button difficult to press in, hot plate hard to work, dryer did not dry clothes and we had to hang dry our load after putting it in the dryer on one cycle. They do give you tokens for 1 load. I let them know there's something wrong with the dryer. There was a small gap in the door that worried my daughter with bugs coming in. Very noisy room as there were kids yelling and screaming until 1130pm so it was difficult to get a good night's sleep. I will say the bed was comfy and the pull out couch did the job! Location is really good and parking was fine. Staff at front desk were helpful and did their best. I would not book this property again unless the price was right and if I got the second level (2 bedroom). We stayed in a studio on the main level.

It seemed like staffing was adequate. It was hard to speak to receptionist over phone because was very busy. I tried to get them to change rooms but the request was not accommodated. They kept referring me to check online and I thought that was not very good customer service.
