“Hikkaduwa Beach Hotel is located right on the beach, the ocean is just a step away. We couldn't have asked for a better location. The restaurant is open for limited time frames but room service is available throughout the day. Loved the view from our room, to get the sea view you have to book premium sea view. “위치는 괜찮음. view budget room 이었는데, 히카두와 비치에 있는 view room은 전부 그정도이니 별로 특별한것은 없음. 바다보면서 수영할수 있는 것은 장점이나, 수영장이 깨끗하지는 않음.
객실 청결도는 최악, 개미많고 과자나 과일 부스러기 하나만 있으면 수백마리의 개미떼를 볼 수 있음. 체크아웃하는날 배낭을 전부 털어 청소하였으나 결국 한국에서까지 스리랑카 개미를 잡아야했음. 화장실에서는 복도의 소리와 옆방의 소리를 생생하게 들을 수 있음.
욕실에는 비누밖에 없으며 그외 모은 amenity는 심지어 물까지도 extra charge가 붙음.
