Il gestore era in ospedale. Per avere la chiave della camera abbiamo dovuto telefonargli. Poi non c'era l'acqua calda. Colazione non pervenuta.

Our flight arrived late. We tried calling the hotel several times to let them know we would arrive after 11pm. There was no answer. Upon arrival just after midnight, there was no lights on outdoors or indoors. It was very dark. I rang the bell/intercom, it answered and said leave a message. I ended up sleeping in my car infront the hotel. When it got light I checked and again nobody was in the reception. At 745am somebody opened the door, I asked he if worked there he said no, he hasn't seen anyone that works here. I messaged on booking app, no answer ever came...

Un accueil chaleureux, un personnel aux petits soins, et une rénovation des chambres — notamment des salles de bains — actuellement en cours.L’établissement offre une vue magnifique sur Bourg‑Saint‑Maurice. La soirée tapas ainsi que le petit déjeuner sont très corrects. Nous avons très bien dormi dans un lit en 180, particulièrement confortable. Nous souhaitons au nouveau propriétaire et à son équipe une très belle réussite pour la suite.
