"Lesson learned - Don't book a stay with a property that doesn't have a single person on-site or on-call to help. By the time we arrived our check-in email from the Guesthouse still had not arrived in our email inbox. This email is the only way in to your room, as it holds the lockbox code which holds your key. "If you have hiked all day and you stay here get ready for a 12 min hike from the bus stop steep uphill so rent a car or suck it up Or a 16 min hike from the station steep also The location of this place is not ideal it’s in the mountains in the outskirts with not much food or groceries around I booked the room with air conditioning and there was no ac it said it was broken The place is cute on a hill and very quiet rooms are kind of outdated but clean bed was comfy and if you leave the windows open a nice breeze comes in The staff was extremely nice and helpful like they were the nicest people in all of Switzerland and finally it was some well needed rest after doing some crazy hikes near the area"
