โLocation is perfectly situated in peaceful surroundings yet short drive into town, absolutely beautifully decorated inside and outside, family owned by wonderful people who made us feel more like family than renting guests, breakfast served to your table with homemade honey, marmalades, and meats/regional cheese, and fresh bread! Our room was comfortable and had a nice view of the mountainโฆa/c worked quietly and efficiently. Bathroom small but shower had hot water and ample room to place...

โA fine place to stay, but itโs PR is not helped by the unattractive photo of the indoor pool which is prominent in its advertising. I would suggest a shot of the town of Manteigas from the hotel- a beautiful vista indeed.โ
โFantastic location, friendly staff, great food. If the Serenity concept is to work, the management has to decide: either an adults-only hotel or a separate playground for children. This needs to be improved, as the children otherwise are always loud with everyone.โ
โParking was just a hassle when we first arrived. Small tight parking lot area. Had to wait for someone to check out in order to have get a parking spot. Staff was very friendly and helpful โ
