โFantastic venue and staff. Food was incredible and all were very welcoming. Support with transport, entertainment and landmarks from Silvana, Michael, Benet and Sala. All a credit to Alex Lake and made the visit thoroughly worth it and enjoyable.โ

The staff were great although there were issues with the cooling system in our room.
The one and only off putting thing is the amount of flies in the lobby especially around the food at breakfast. I struggled to eat much because of this โ
โVery well equipped apartment with parking facility in a nice town close to the lake. Located in a quiet area, this new buiding offers comfort and peace of mind. Had a small issue with an appliance during my stay, contacted customer service who was fast to react and find a solution for me. For people not confortable with remote help, this one works big time.
